Abdul-Ghani Jojo

MISHAWAKA - Abdul-Ghani Jojo, 83, was born in Syria to the late Abdul-Hye and Kafa Jojo. Mr. JoJo died in Syria while on a trip visiting relatives. He was retired from Burke's Communications. Abdul-Ghani came to the USA from Syria in 1958 and became a citizen. Mr. Jojo is survived by his wife, Eva Jojo; a daughter, Aliya (Rob Cunningham); three sons, Ali (JoAnn), Mohammed (Waed) and Ahmed (Laura); and three grandchildren, Laylaa, Azizah and Yasmeen Jojo-Cunningham, all of Mishawaka. Mr. Jojo is also survived by three sisters, two brothers, many nieces, nephews, and cousins in Syria. Services were held both in Syria and in South Bend. Any contributions in memory of Mr. Jojo will be appreciated, and may be sent to the Poor & Needy Fund at Al Noor Mosque, 3310 Hepler Street, South Bend.
