Mrs. Mollie Tyler, 59 years old, a resident of the state since 1888 and for many years an active worker in the First Presbyterian church here, died late Friday at her home, 707 Northeast Nineteenth street. She had been ill two years.

She was born January 27, 1881, at Whitewright, Texas (Grayson County), and came to Oklahoma City in 1904 from Tecumseh. For 16 years she was secretary of the primary department of the Sunday school at the First Presbyterian church.

A life member of the Sorosis club, she also held memberships in the Fortnighters Research club, the MacDowell club of Allied Arts, and the '89ers.

Survivors are her husband, B.B. Tyler, operator of the Gentry Cleaners and Dyers; a daughter, Mrs. Henry Clay, home address; two sisters, Mrs. I.V. Cruce, 1412 Northeast 12th Street, and Mrs. Guy K. Whistler, 63rd street and Lincoln Boulevard, and a grandson Roger Bob Clay.

Rites will be at 4 p.m. Saturday in the Hahn Chapel with Rev.Paul S. Wright officiating. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery.
