Robert was appointed as a Constable for Precinct 4 in Refugio County, TX by Govenor Pat M. Neff on the 13 February 1922. He was also a Farmer, a Rancher, owned and operated a trucking line, owned and operated a cafe, raised thoroughbred horses, supervised construction of pipelines in Mexico, a fireman, and taught Spanish after being immersed in the language.
Robert was first married to Emily Pauline Eason-Morrow, and they had two children:
Robert A. Morrow II, (1924-1985) and
Patricia "Pat" Sue Morrow-Jacobson (1926-2004).
Later in November of 1940 he was married to Sarah Dean Pugh, and had THREE boys:
Morris E. Morrow (Living),
Dennis M. Morrow (1942 - 2018), and
and Jon K. Morrow (Living).
Robert passed away on 28 December 1962 at De Tar Hospital in Victoria, Victoria County, Texas, and was buried at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Victoria, Texas.
