Lutitia W. 'Tish' Shoop, 79, Hollidaysburg, died Mon., April 20, 2009 at Altoona Hospital. She was born in West Loop to Edison & Susie (Freidenbloom) Wertz. She married Roy H. Shoop Dec. 31, 1947, in WV and he died Aug. 22, 2007. Survived by 2 daughters: Ruth Sleeth & husband, Tim, of Port Matilda and P.J. Koch & husband, Mike, of Hollidaysburg; 6 sons: Ron & wife, Deb; Jack & wife, Kathy; Ken & wife, Becky, and Joe & wife, Tracey, all of Hollidaysburg, Ritchie & wife, Luanne, of Tyrone and Bill of Lakemont; 24 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren sister, Mildred Marlin of West Loop; and special niece, Francy Eckels. Predeceased by sisters: Corena Leasure, Della White and Ruth Gates; and brothers: Wilbur, Ralph and Edison. She was a member of Puzzletown Road Bible Church. Mrs. Shoop was a graduate of Hollidaysburg Senior High School. Interment, Presbyterian Cemetery, Hollidaysburg. Sorge Funeral Home, Hollidaysburg.
