Art W. Cox, Jr., passed away peacefully at his home, May 27, 1992.
He was the son of Arthur W. Sr. and Helen Elizabeth Harrison Cox. Married Leah Gerwien, 1940, Salt Lake City; later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.
He was a retired railroad engineer, Union Pacific Railroad. He loved sports, traveling, and his family.
Survivors: wife; sons and daughter, Gary L. Cox, Nancy Brown, Arthur T. Cox; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; one brother, Howard Cox, sister, Lillian Smith. Preceded in death by an infant son, Charles Harold Cox.
Graveside services will be held Saturday, 11 a.m., Murray City Cemetery, 5600 South Vine St. Funeral Directors: Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary.
