Lillian Livingston Bass was the daughter of Everett James Bass and Carrie May Lighthart. She married George Mark Perry, the son of Seth J Perry and Carrie B Coxhead, on April 23, 1916. Children George Earl 1917, and Livingston Mark 1923. She died shortly after the birth of her second child.

Mrs. George M. Perry died Tuesday night at her home on the Herkimer road. Three hours previous to her death she gave birth to a son. Death was caused by acute dilation of the heart and was very sudden. Deceased was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Everett Bass and was born in this city 25 years ago. There survive the parents, husband and a son. Funeral was held from the late home Thursday afternoon, Rev. C. E. S. Rasay of this city officiating. Interment will be made later in Fairview cemetery.
