SILVERHILL - Sylvia Marie Pearson, a native of Cooke County, Ill., and a longtime resident of Silverhill, died Saturday, April 29, 2000. She was 91.
Mrs. Pearson was a member of Evangelical Covenant Church and a 50-year-member of the Silverhill Home Extension Club.
She is survived by a son, Albert Pearson; two daughters, Alvida Van Iderstine and Dolores Thistle of Kenwood, Calif.; two brothers, Martin Krchak and Stanley Krchak, both of Robertsdale; two sisters, Eva Gregorious of Fairhope and Emily Kostelecky of Silverhill; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Mack Funeral Home. Services will be held Monday at the chapel of the funeral home. Burial will be in Silverhill Cemetery.
The family requests any memorials be made to Evangelical Covenant Church of Silverhill.
