Alexander Shirey, father of [Mrs.] D. Cable, of this place, died Thursday at the County Home and the body was brought to his daugher Friday, and funeral service was held Sunday morning at the Church of God. Burial was made in the Bussard cemetery. Deceased was nearly 70 years old.
