Janie G. Dunavin, 89 of Pasadena, passed away Sunday, April 19, 2009 at a hospital in Pasadena. She was born November 17, 1919 in Beaverton, Alabama. Janie was preceded in death by her husband, James E. Dunavin; son, James L. Dunavin. She is survived by her daughter, Pauline Roberts and husband Ray; son, Wayne Vestor Williams; brother, Lloyd Barnes and wife Lila Mae; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Visitation will be Wednesday, April 22, 2009 from 10AM to 1PM at Fairmont Funeral Home. Graveside Services will be Wednesday, April 22, 2009 at 2PM at Grand View Memorial Park Cemetery 8501 Spencer Hwy in Pasadena under the direction of Fairmont Funeral Home.
