George S. Fisher Succumbs at 81
George Steven Fisher, 81, retired Rollersville farmer, died at 3:25 p.m. Thursday at his home. He was a resident of Helena Route 1, a lifelong resident of Sandusky and Wood counties.
Funeral services will be held at the Veh and Son funeral home, Gibsonburg, at 2 p.m. Sunday, June 22, conducted by the Rev. Arnold Ettenhofer, pastor of Shiloh E. U. B. Church, Helena. Burial will be in Bradner Cemetery.
Born in Bradner, September 25, 1876, he was a son of George and Emma Bockey Fisher. He married Martha Louise Hedden June 20, 1897 in Portage, O.
Mrs. Fisher survives with three daughters, Mrs. Emma Vogt, Fremont; Mrs. Addie Witt, Woodville; Mrs. Mahala Mitchell, Oregon, O.; 11 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
His parents, four brothers and nine sisters preceded in death.
