A native of Raleigh, N.C., she was a daughter of the Rev. William F. "Bill" and Carolyn Funk of Augusta. She was a member of Abilene Baptist Church.
Survivors, in addition to her parents, include her husband, Steve Funk of the home; four children, Tyler Harris, Chelsea Harris, Peyton McCall and Lexi McCall; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Georgia and A.C. McGill of Lincolnton and Mandy and Reagan Williams of Grovetown; grandmothers, Martha Raye Harrell of Tifton and Hazel Bragg of Tifton; and her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Carl Funk of Hanover, MI.
Funeral services were held January 15 at Abilene Baptist Church with Dr. Len Turner and the Rev. Steve Brumbelow officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery.
