She born May 29, 1915 in Czechoslovakia, a daughter of Louis and Julianna (Svaltek ) Holko.
Her family came to the U.S. settling in Johnstown, PA.
On Sept 11, 1933 she married Michael Benyacko. They made their home in Johnstown. Her husband preceded her in death October 7, 1946. She married John Adamchik Nov 8, 1952. He preceded her in death December 11, 1961.
Survivors include her daughter, Eleanor Bennett of Plymouth.
She was preceded in death by one son, Michael J. Benyacko Sr.; one grandson, Michael J. Benyacko Jr.; one brother, Louis; three sisters, Jenny, Bessie, and Mildred.
Burial at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church Cemetery in Plymouth.
