Walter Lee Andrus
VICTORIA - Walter Lee Andrus, 85, of Victoria, formerly of Wharton, died in Victoria Tuesday.
Services will be at 2 p.m. today in Willowhole Chapel in North Zulch. The Rev. Sid Meyers of Second Baptist Church in Madisonville will officiate. Burial will be in Willowhole Cemetery in North Zulch. Arrangements are by Madisonville Funeral Home.
Andrus was born in Madison County and grew up in the Willowhole community. He was a gauger in the oil business.
Survivors include his wife, Alma Andrus of Victoria; a daughter, Emma Mae Ranley of Victoria; a sister, Myrtle Powell of Madisonville; a grandchild; and a great-grandchild.
