Mrs. Mrs. Lillie Stillinger Black -- Hilda Mrs. Lillie Stillinger Black, 83, wife of Rhoedell Black, died Wednesday, Dec. 26, 2001, at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 29, at Hilda First Baptist Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Mrs. Black was born in Orangeburg County, a daughter of the late Daniel and Lila W. Stillinger. She was preceded in death by a brother, Herman Stillinger. Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Gayle (Wayne) Elkins of Hilda; four grandchildren, Eran and Sharon McClary and Jermey and Lesley Creech, all of Olar; two great-grandchildren, Hunter and Emily McClary; one sister, Leila S. Hughes of Neeses; and four brothers, Archie and Athel Stillinger of Neeses, and L.O. and Mack Stillinger of Orangeburg. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 28, at Mole Funeral Home of Barnwell.
