Lucille Corbitt, 83, of Fort Meade, died of heart failure Saturday, Oct. 30, 2004, at Lakeland Regional Medical Center.
Born Aug. 24, 1921, Ms. Corbitt was a lifelong resident of Fort Meade.
She was a homemaker and a seamstress. She attended the First Church of God in Fort Meade, where she was a member of the Busy Bees Sewing Club.
Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, one son and daughter-in-law, two sisters, one brother, 10 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren, and 11 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation: Tuesday, Nov. 2, from 6 to 8 p.m., at McLean Funeral Home in Fort Meade.
The funeral: Wednesday, Nov. 3, at 11 a.m., at First Church of God, 215 S. Perry Avenue, Fort Meade, with Rev. Forrest Robinson officiating.
Interment: Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Fort Meade.
