James was born Sept. 13, 1926, in Fort Worth to Lovey Viola Hennington and Andrew Jackson Larson. He was a veteran and proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during World War II. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge. James was a very loving, devoted and generous husband, father, grandfather and friend. He was an example of a true gentleman.
James was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Alice Larson, and one daughter, Barbara Daniels.
Survivors: Sister, Helen Sivek and husband, Spoon; daughter, Nancy Johnson and husband, Paul; son, James G. Larson and wife, Jamye; grandchildren, Terry, Tracy and Trent Daniels, Christi Nieto, Jeff Williams, Tyler and Ryan Larson, Steve Johnson and Trayce Moore; and 12 great-grandchildren.
