Arthur David Street was born on 30 May 1918, at Woodland in California. He is the son of David and Katherine (Nordick) Street.
On 1 February 1941 Arthur was inducted into the United States Army at Sacramento, California. He served during World War II and was honorably discharged on 22 October 1945 as a Sargent.
On 6 March 1943, at Troup County in Georgia, Arthur married Edna B. (Maiden name unknown) Street. Together they had no children, and were divorced on 1 January 1948. The divorce cited desertion as the cause, whereby the desertion began on 29 November 1945.
On 8 May 2001, at the Washington Veterans Home at Retsil, Washington, Arthur passed away. He was laid to rest in the Homes cemetery.
