ZEADOCK A. ROBERTSON

Zeadock A. Robertson, formerly of Greenville County, died Friday morning at home in Johnson City, Tennessee. Funeral services will be held there Sunday at 2 p.m..

Among his relatives who are residents of this city are Mrs. Ollie Farnsworth, Mrs. Ida Harrison and Mrs. Lela Dunn, nieces and E.E. Nicoll, nephew. He has other relatives throughout the county.

Other survivors are his wife, Mrs. Anna Robertson of Johnson City; two daughters, Mrs. Elizabeth Bible and Mrs. Dorothy Hicks, both of Knoxville, Tenn.; one son, Oliver Robertson of Johnson City; one sister, Mrs. Callie Nicoll of Travelers Rest; and one brother Dr. B.P. Robertson of Atlanta, Ga.

Funeral for Zeadock "Zed" A. Robinson [Robertson] , 76, a resident of Johnson City for the past 40 years, who died early yesterday at his home, 408 West Maple street after a lingering illness, has been set for Sunday at 2 pm at the home.

The Rev. Joe Strother, pastor of Temple Baptist Church, will officiate and burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery.

A native of South Carolina, Robertson had been active in business circles of Johnson City for the past 40 years. He formerly was an auctioneer and a real estate broker, and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Knoxville.

Robertson is survived by his wife, Mrs. Ann Robertson, a son Oliver, of Johnson City; two daughters, Mrs. Dorothy Hicks and Mrs. Elizabeth Bible, both of Knoxville; a brother, Dr. B.P. Robertson of Atlanta, Ga; a sister, Mrs. Callie Nichols of Travelers Rest, SC, two granddaughters and a grandson.

Pallbearers will be D.A.Vines, H.C. Hoss, Carl Kennedy, Glen Dulaney, Pat Hilton, Roy Garland, Herb Seaton and Carl Cameron.

The body will remain in the chapel of Morris Funeral Home, which is in charge, until 10:30 am Sunday, when it will be taken to the residence.
