Obituary:
David Madden, 78, died Wednesday, April 29, 2009 in Weatherford.A private burial service was held on Thursday, April 30 at 2 p.m. with interment in Curtis Cemetery.He was preceded in death by his parents, James Eugene and Lula Inez Madden; sisters, Catherine Jean Dickerson and Linda Carol Dutson; and daughter, Eborah Siddiq.He is survived by former wife and life-long friend, Marguerite Madden, and their daughters, Patricia Finn, Daveenya Stone, Juelya Madden, Lora Madden; daughter, Taydria Loesch, and her mother, Tamela; sister, Marilyn Sue Stevens and husband, Jim; grandchildren, Elva, Eric, Michael and wife Blakely, Omar, Jonah, Cecilia, Lydia, Brent, Sarah, Brian and wife Jennifer; great-grandchildren, Lily, Rosie, Gabriel, Alexis, Emilee, Mekyla, Calen, Destinee, Jordan, Ana, Bella, and Andrew; and many nieces and nephews.Many thanks to Elva Hernandez, a loving granddaughter who cared for him the last few years; to Meals-on-Wheels volunteer Gary Williams who befriended David and delivered the eulogy at the burial service; and to the health care and hospice employees who cared for him during his last days.
