Elsie N. Good, of New Oxford, entered into God's eternal care May 2, 2009, with her loving family by her side.

Born in Adams County, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Annie (Null) Becker.

Elsie was a member of Bethel United Church of Christ, Spring Grove. She worked as a presser at the former Middleburg Sewing Factory for many years. Elsie loved to sing hymns, she loved taking care of flowers, but most of all, her life was centered around her family, especially cooking large Sunday dinners for them.

She was the loving wife of George A. Good, who died July 13, 1992, and is survived by three children, Dolores A. Carrozza of Hanover, Shirley L. Little and husband Merle "Skip" of Hanover and Linda M. Baumgardner and husband Guyon of Hanover; 10 grandchildren, Jeffrey Good, Darrin Good, Amy Good, Kathy Adams, Dennis Merril, Suzanne Ruppert, Timothy Little, Tammy Gobrecht, Kerry Meckley and Kimberly Baumgardner; 15 great-grandchildren; two step great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by one son, Kenneth E. Good, one brother and eight sisters.
