Mrs. John Church
Mrs. Ada Church, aged 58 years, wife of John Church, of Caldwell avenue, Portage, died at 7:45 o'clock yesterday morning at the Memorial Hospital. She was admitted to the Eighth Ward Institution on December 20. The deceased had been in poor health for some time. She is survived by her husband and several children.
The body was taken to Portage and prepared for burial by Undertaker John Tickerhoff. It was removed to the Church residence. Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Wednesday afternoon in the Portage United Evangelical Church and will be conducted by the Rev. J.C. Wygant, pastor. Interment will be made in Prospect Cemetery.
