Wallace CONNER, 79, died November 15, 1965 at his home on Harned route. Funeral services were conducted November 18 in the Freedom Cumberland Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Douglas COMSTOCK officiating assisted by the Rev. Keith ATWELL and the Rev. S. B. BEDINGER. Burial was in the church cemetery with Alexander Funeral Home in charge. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Lula Haynes CONNER; one daughter, Miss Mabel CONNER of Harned route; two sons, Alvin CONNER of Harned route and Jesse CONNER of Garfield: two grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Oscar BRAMLETT, Essix, Maryland; two brothers, Walker CONNER, Irvington and Ova CONNER of Philanoth, Oregon. Mr. CONNER was a faithful member of the Freedom Church and attended services as long as health permitted.
