Lorenzo Milliron, 1915 & 1921, on S. Dakota/Wyoming border.

A man named Bob, that's the only name I have on him, had a message on the rootsweb message board that was a few years old, it said that he was related to Henry B. Milliron and Lucinda Swineford. He listed these children and their birthdates: Esther 7-10-1853; Lorenzo Dow 1-27-1854
Mary T. 2-6-1856; Amelia Ann 7-6-1858; Enees 6-15-1860 (only lived one year); Elizabeth Elmira 5-18-1865 (his grandmother)

I emailed him to enquire about this Lorenzo, since I knew mine had been born that same year, and that seemed quite interesting to me. I never heard back from him.
When I saw that originally, I hadnt' gotten my gr. grandfather Dr. Lorenzo Milliron's death cert. He died in South Dakota in 1943. It did not have his parent's names on it, unfortunately, but did have his birthdate, Jan. 27, 1854. That was the exact birthdate of this other Lorenzo Dow. Mine was born in Jefferson Co. Pa. Then, I found Lucinda, as a widow, on the 1880 census in Brookville, Jefferson Co. That town is very nearby Summerville, Pa, which is where Lorenzo took a wife, Phoebe Stine, daughter of Ann and Abraham Stine.

The other family I found on the 1880 census had two sons that had names that fit in with later Millirons in my line. I was running through the 1880 on CD at the library, trying to figure out someone who might be Lorenzo's folks. He himself was in Red Bank, Clarion, Pa. that year, with wife and two children. This was just prior to his going to SD.

My great grandfather, Dr. Lorenzo, had two sons named Theodore and John Michael. I thought, since these folks were the right age for them to have had Lorenzo as their son, that they might be his parents.
