May 6, 2009 Helen A. Robinson, 82, of Syracuse, passed away Wednesday. She is survived by a son, John E. Robinson; four daughters, Cynthia Ferris, Jacqueline (Duane) Van Tassel, Debra J. (Terry) Carnrite, Helen Sue (Gary) Bradshaw; 11 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; a brother, Michael Spears; three sisters, Patricia Emmons, Pauline Rozelle, Yvonne Schlier. Services will be Friday, noon at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse. Burial will follow at the North Syracuse Cemetery. Calling hours will be Friday from 10 a.m. to noon at the funeral home, before services. Contributions, in lieu of flowers, may be made to Loretto Nursing Home.
