Frances was preceded in death by her Husband Norman Otten, baby son John Otten, Brothers Joseph (Amelia) Lullo, Albert (Helen) Lullo, Sisters Ann (Anthony) Grippando, and Angeline (Herman) Arnold.
She is survived by her daughter Joyce (Charles) Van den Avont of Mount Prospect, IL.
Grandchildren Christopher (Diane) Van den Avont of St. Augustine, FL, Craig (Sandra) Van den Avont of Arlington Heights, IL and Cynthia (Andrew) Snarski of Wheeling, IL.
