He was an employee of Domino's Pizza in Corydon and a student at the University of Louisville.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Darrell R. Cook Jr.
Survivors besides his parents include a brother, Daniel K. Cook of Corydon, and his grandparents, Daugh and Viola Harris of New Salisbury.
Funeral: Friday, May 8, at 11 a.m. at Swarens Funeral Home in Ramsey with burial in Central Barren Cemetery.
