Mrs. Philip Bussey, who died at her home, near Roscoe, on the 11th inst., was nearly 97 years of age. Her father was killed in the War of 1812, when she went to Grahamsville to live, and always after resided in the county. She was twice married, but had been a widow since 1882. She leaves a son, three daughters, fifteen grandchildren, thirty-four great grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.

Her first husband, Benajah Burton, died before 1850.
She apparently married George Tripp per 1855 census.
In 1880 census she and Philip Bussey are living with Philip's son In Hardenburgh, Ulster County,
