MISHAWAKA - Chad Michael Buckley, 34, of Mishawaka, IN, passed away Thursday, April 30, 2009. He was born on November 7, 1974, in South Bend, to David and Barb (Klebusits) Buckley, and had lived here most of his life.
Survivors include his parents, David and Barb Buckley of South Bend; one son, Dylan Michael Buckley of North Port, FL; one brother, Todd (Wendi) Buckley of Mishawaka; maternal grandmother, Mary Ann Klebusits of South Bend; nephew, Ryne Buckley, and niece, Addison Buckley; several aunts, uncles and cousins; and very close friends, Gina and John Bowman. Chad attended St. Bavo's School, Mishawaka.
He was a graduate of Mishawaka High School and attended Indiana State University. Chad was an avid Bear and Cub's fan. He was a member of Grace United Methodist Church.
