Funeral Services for Mrs John Bruder, 91, formerly of 719 N 11th Street, Manitowoc, who died Friday after a short illness at Park Lawn Home, Manitowoc, where she was a patient for three years, will be at 2pm Monday at Urbanek and Schlei Funeral Home, Manitowoc. The Rev Gervase Zanotti will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
Mrs Bruder, the former Emma Knell was born 27 August 1874, in Manatowoc County, daughter of the late William and Minnie Fricke Knell. She was married to Mr Bruder October 6, 1966 at Manitowoc. Mr Bruder owned and operated National Liquor Store at Eighth and Commercial Streets for 58 years. He died September 9, 1959. The couple marked its 60th wedding annivesary in 1958. Mrs Bruder was a member of the Lois Society-Sheridan Circle of the First Presbyterian Church.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs Herman (Marion) Frailing, of Manitowoc and neices and nephews.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 3pm Sunday.
