Albert C. Hintzman, 86, Rt. 1, Reynolds, died at 3:45 p.m. in White County Memorial Hospital. Born Oct. 9, 1895 in White County,he was the son of Fred and Marie Brandt Hintzman. On Sept. 20, 1916, he was married to Esther Bardonner who preceded him in death in Oct. 20, 1972. A member of St. James Lutheran Church, Reynolds, he was engaged as a farmer all his life. Survivors include two sons, Fred, Reynolds, and Harold, Monticello; five daughters, Loretta Hicks, Monticello; Lorna Robey, Reynolds; Norma Miller, Chalmers; Deloris Snowberger, Chalmers and Velma Hintzman, Flora; a sister, Amelia Garling, Francesville; 31 grandchildren, 34-great-grandchildren and nine step great-grandchildren. Two sons, two grandchildren and one great-grandchild preceded him in death. Services were held Tuesday afternoon at St. James Lutheran Church with the Rev. David W. Werner officiating. Burial was held in Lutheran Cemetery. Miller-Voorhis Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to St. James Lutheran Church Memorial Fund.
