David M. (Doc) Bole, 99 year old Sumner resident, died in Red Hills Rest Haven about 8:30 p.m. Sunday evening. The funeral service was held Tuesday evening at 8:00 o'clock in Nichols Chapel in Lawrenceville. Graveside rites will be this afternoon (Wednesday) at 2:00 in the Van Buren, Ind., Cemetery.
Mr. Bole was born in Muncie, Ind., April 13, 1872. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Elizabeth J. Randolph, June 13, 1950.
Surviving are four daughters: Mrs. Earnest Dunham of Bridgeport; Mrs. Ruth Taylor of Olney; Mrs. Esther Enlow of Lawrenceville and Mrs. Mildred Ferrell of Lawrenceville. There are nine grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
He was a retired employee of the Ohio Oil Company.
