Dolly was united in marriage a second time to Merton DuVall.
On September 8, 1958, Dolly was fatally injured in a car accident, by a drunken driver on Highway 51 in Rock County, Wisconsin. Her car was struck from behind by the fast moving car. Dolly's husband, Merton suffered a skull fracture but he soon recovered, however, Dolly left behind her young sons in which an older sister stepped up and continued to raise them.
Dolly was a member of the Reedsburg Brethren Church, Eagle's Auxiliary and Union Auxiliary.
Surviving are her husband, her seven children and Dolly's eight precious grandchildren.
Dolly was a sister to; Mrs. Bess McMillen, Mrs. Chauncey Harris and Mrs. Edwin Baker, and her six brothers; Archie, Beauford, Olen, Carl, Fay and Kenneth Martin.
Services were conducted at the Rosman-Uehling-Kinzer Funeral Home in Beloit, Wisconsin with burial at Eastlawn Cemetery.
Dolly will be missed by all who knew and loved her, she also leaves a host of friends.
