Anna died at home from age related causes services were at the Methodist Church in Plumer.
"Franklin News-Herald, February 4, 1942, pg.11, c. 6: Haupt, Anna Clara Miss, 61, died at her home in Plumer today. Daughter of William August and Minnie Gebenzel Haupt; born in Plummer May 22, 1880. Her parents were pioneer residents of Plumer; they came from Germany in the early part of the century. She was a member of the Lutheran Church. She is survived by two sisters, Miss Elizabeth Haupt of Plumer and Mrs. George Brecht, of Greenville; and two brothers, Walter G and William H. Haupt, both of Plumer. The body is at the Osenider Funeral Chapel."
