Mrs. Howell was born to Ronald and Alma Akin Kidder in Troy, Montana.
She was married to Dale Howell in Seattle, Wash., Dec. 19, 1927. They moved to Klamath Falls from Everett, Wash., in 1930. They moved to Mill City in 1967.
Mrs. Howell was a member of the Amaranth, Manzanita Chapter, White Shrine Court, White Shrine of Jerusalem and Daughters of the Nile.
She was a homemaker and enjoyed cooking as well as traveling with her husband.
Survivors include her husband, Dale, Mill City; sisters, Goldie McMillan and Cleo McGahan, both Klamath Falls; nieces Eunie Brown and Dolores Holzgang, both Klamath Falls; numerous other nieces and nephews.
