Nora B. Baldwin, wife of Adelbert C. Baldwin of Palo, died in a Cear Rapids hospital at 1:50 am Monday following a brief illness. Born July 23, 1898, in Urbana, she lived the greater part of her life in Vinton and Palo. On Oct. 22, 1923, she was married to Mr. Baldwin in Muscatine.
Surviving are her husband, two sons, Claire E. and Dale Harvey Baldwin; a daughter, Beverly E., all at home; her father, John Burkhart, Backus, Minn.; her mother, in California, and two brothers, James and Merle Burkhart, both of Walker.
Services will be held in the Methodist church at Palo at 2 pm Wednesday. Burial will be in the Spring grove cemetery. Friends may call at the Moen chapel.
