Helen M. Bennett
Helen M. Bennett, 74, Rushville, died Tuesday at Miller's Merry Manor.
Born on Aug. 19, 1923, in Shelbyville, she was the daughter of Fred H. and Elva L. (Strahl) Girton.
Mrs. Bennett had resided in Rushville since 1943.
She was a member of the Rushville Garden Club and the St. Paul United Methodist Church in Rushville.
She was also a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary, where she served as secretary.
Survivors include two sons, Perry A. Bennett and Jeffrey Bennett, both of Rushville; a daughter, Mrs. George (Constance) Cameron, Rushville; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Private services will be conducted at the convenience of the family.
Burial will be in Rushville East Hill Cemetery, with the Rev. David Patrick presiding.
Arrangements are being handled by Moster and Cox Mortuary in Rushville.
