The funeral for William Andrew Hinkle, 25, of Athens will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home with Dwight Ridinger and Andy John King officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery.

Visitation is from 6-9 tonight at the funeral home. Mr. Hinkle died Saturday, May 16, 2009, in Athens. He was born June 28, 1983 in Decatur to Keith Hinkle and Myra Chittam Hinkle. Mr. Hinkle worked as a sales representative for Sun Space-Better Living. His religion was of the Church of Christ.

Survivors include his wife, Corie King Hinkle of Athens; infant son, Andrew Price Hinkle of Athens; father, Keith Hinkle and fiancée Angie Conn of Athens; mother, Myra H. Collier and husband Charles of Athens; sister, Amy Hinkle and fiancée Heath Norwood of Athens; grandparents, Faye Chittam Baker, Linda Gail Hinkle and Annie Kennemer, all of Athens, and Jerry Hinkle of Gadsden.

He was preceded in death by grandfather, Eugene Chittam; and great-grandfather, Charles O. Kennemer.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Andrew Price Hinkle College Fund at Regions Bank.

Pallbearers will be Andy John King, Sam Brooks, Jake Ridinger, John Christopher Batts, Cody Holder and Brett Nave. Honorary pallbearers are Justin VanHoozer, Tyler VanHoozer, Heath Conn, Jordan Stafford and Ethan Bloodworth.
