Mrs. Aldine E. Tatum Crews, 70, died Friday morning (July 10, 2015) at St. Vincent's Medical Center Riverside in Jacksonville, FL.

She was a native of Wayne County, but she lived most of her life in Brantley County. She retired from Pearce Drugs as a pharmacy clerk. As a faithful member of Mt. Calvary Baptist Church in Hoboken, she was a member of the church choir and VBS secretary for 50 years. She served as director of the Piedmont-Okefenokee Baptist Association WMU.

She is the daughter of the late Clarence Tatum and Bessie Dennison Tatum. She is preceded in death by her husband, William Rudolph "Rudy" Crews; one son, Greg William Crews; one grandchild, Hannah Wicker; and one sister, Mary Pierce.

Survivors include one son, Mike Crews (Valerie) of Hoboken; two daughters, Marcie Grimsley (Scott) of Atkinson, and Kerry Wicker (Thomas) of Dublin; 10 grandchildren, Christy Hendricks, Tiffany Jainarine, Bradley Crews, Alexis Beriault, Madison Beriault, Maggie Wicker, Mylee Wicker, Farrah Grimsley, Sawyer Grimsley and Briella Crews; three great grandchildren, Haley Hall, Bentley Hendricks and Waylon Craven; niece daughter, Jill Campbell (Curtis); three siblings, Curtis Tatum (Sonuya), Margaret Blalock (Royce) and Alva Barrow (Tommy); and numerous nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held 6 p.m. Sunday (July 12, 2015) at Mt. Calvary Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Mrs. Crews' residence 6 p.m. Saturday until time of the service.

The Deacons of Mt. Calvary Baptist Church are asked to meet 5:40 p.m. Sunday at the church to serve as honorary pallbearers.

Memorial contributions can be made to Mary Street Mission, 517 Mary St., Waycross, GA 31501.
