Saturday afternoon at the residence of the bride's mother, Mrs. Hortense Gorff on North Market street, Miss Hortense Gorff and W. T. Ballentine were married by Rev. E. A. Bazet Jones, rector of the Church of the Advent. The bride's uncle, George Deschamp, gave her away and her sister, Miss Emily Gorff, served as maid of honor. W. B. Gore was best man. The bride was attired in white organdy and carried a bouquet of white roses, and Miss Gorff wore white Paris muslin and carried pink flowers. The bride and groom are now visiting at Hermitage, but leave tomorrow to make their future home at Anderson, Ind.
