The Services Will Be Held This Morning at 11 O'clock in St. Peter's Episcopal Church.
The funeral of Mrs. Platt D. Walker, whose death occurred at her home on South Tryon street Thursday afternoon, will be conducted from St. Peter's Episcopal church this morning at 11 o'clcok, the rector, Rev. Harris Mallicarodt, officiating. The interment will be at Elmwood.
Among those who have arrived in the city to attend the services are Messrs. H. C. Dockery, A. S. Dockery and J. P. Leak, Mrs. Stephen W. Wall and Miss Johnsie Wall and Fannie Dockery, of Rockingham; Mrs. Frank O. Landis, of Mangum, and Mrs. Annie L. Everett and Miss Maria Walker, of Wilmington. Lieut. Oliver H. Dockery, U.S.A., a half brother, stationed at Duluth Minn., will not be able to attend.
