1731013 Private Warren David Mitchell, 6th Battalion, Royal Australian Regiment Age 21 from Brisbane QLD. He had been in Vietnam for two months when he was killed in the Battle of Long Tan on 18th August 1966.
(Awarded the US Presidential Unit Citation for the Battle of Long Tan)
