Diane was born October 4, 1961, to the late Marie Carter and Gordon Brown in Goochland, Virginia.

She is going home to join her two sisters, Jane Barbara Payne and Caroline Fuller and many friends and family members who were greatly loved by her.

Diane enjoyed her life daily by cooking and helping others the best way she knew how. She was also known for her "Big Mouth" as all her friends and kids would say.
