Barbara Ann Boutwell Grace, 70, devoted wife, mother and sister, passed away Friday, May 22, 2009, at home.
Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Monday, May 25, 2009, and 9 a.m. Tuesday, May 26, 2009, at Wright and Ferguson Funeral Home in Clinton. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home with burial to follow in Lakewood South Cemetery.
Mrs. Grace was a member of Beulah Baptist Church in Inverness. She was a previous co-owner of Grace Paint Company for over 40 years. She was an active member of NAWIC and the NAWIC Bunco Group for more than 35 years and an avid member of Millcreek Hunting Club for over 20 years. She was also a member of the MS Gem and Mineral Society.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Jessie Mae Boutwell; and brothers, Victor Arnold Boutwell and Kenneth Wayne Boutwell.
Survivors include her husband of 48 years, William "Bill" Grace of Terry; daughter, Jeanna Ann Grace of Terry; son, William Clinton Grace of Utica; grandchildren, Jessica Renee' Grace and Catherine Louise Grace, both of Brandon; brothers, Jack Boyd Boutwell of Jasper, IN and Leon Boutwell of Canton; sisters, Shirley Mae Boutwell Turner of Inverness and Ruth Elaine Boutwell Johnson of Inverness; and her special friends of NAWIC and her Bunco group.
Pallbearers will be William Copeland,Tim Hardacre, Andrew Hopkins, Starr Boutwell, Preston Grace, Michael Grace, Jose Manuel Narvaez, and Stephen Johnson. Honorary pallbearers will be Larry Troth, Timothy Troth, and Rusty Russum.
