Howell J. "Hal" Hodge, 89, a native of Calhoun City, Miss., a former resident of Foley, died Friday, Nov. 13, 2009 in Calhoun City.
He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II and a member of Victory Life Church.
Survivors include his wife, Allis Hodge of Vardaman, Miss.; three daughters, Joyce Henderson of San Antonio, Texas, Janice Willingham of Huntsville and Dorothy Paul of Birmingham; sister, Velma Poulson of Loxley; six grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 17 at Elberta Public Cemetery.
