Errors in these books are common and this is one of them. I know the death certificate would be the correct on when I seen the informant Lillian Jackson, and she is buried in the same lot. Not all of these errors because they made the error. Sometimes it was the handwriting in the records. Regarding this particular instance I do not know which error happened.
