Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, June 12, 2003 at St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Two Rivers. Officiating at the service will be the Rev. Edward Stelter, with entombment to follow in Knollwood Chapel Mausoleum, Hwy. 310, Manitowoc.
Dolores was born Jan. 5, 1926, in the town of Two Rivers, a daughter of the late Joseph and Sybil (Koller) Levy. She attended schools in Kewaunee, and was a 1944 graduate of Kewaunee High School. On June 14, 1947, she was married to Raymond Bruechert at St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Two Rivers. He preceded her in death Aug. 14, 1986. Dolores was employed at Hamilton Industries for many years, retiring in 1986. She enjoyed gardening and always offered to lend a hand to help others in need.
She is survived by one daughter and son-in-law; two sons; seven grand-children; and six great-grandchildren. She is further survived by four sisters; two brothers and three sisters-in-law; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by two brothers: Arden and Merlin Levy.
Friends may call at the Deja & Martin Funeral Chapels, Two Rivers, from 5 until 8 p.m. on Wednesday evening and after 10 a.m. Thursday at the church until the time of service at 11 a.m.
