Alfred Bucher died at the residence of his son, Edward Bucher, in this city, Wednesday, Nov. 29, 1882, aged 60 years. The deceased was a native of Virginia, but had been for many years a resident of this county. His disease was cancer of the stomach. He was ailing seriously only a few days. For the last year he had been employed in Walkterton.
