Funeral Held At The Family Home Sunday Afternoon
---William B. Bragg, a resident of La Plata and community all his life, passed away at his home her Friday evening, Oct. 23, 1931, at 5:45 o'clock, after suffering a stroke of paralysis on Friday, Oct. 16. He was 72 years of age.
---Mr. Bragg was the son of Benjamin and Arianna Bragg, and was born in the Illinois Bend community, Feb. 28, 1859. He lived on the farm for many years and his home had been in La Plata for the remainder of the time.
---He leaves his wife, one son, Walter Bragg, of Tulsa, Okla., three brothers, Dr. Grant Bragg, of Huntsville, Mo., and Douglas and Henry Bragg, of La Plata. One brother, Tom Bragg, died Oct. 5, this year. He was a member of the Community Presbyterian church.
---Funeral services were held at the home Sunday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock, Oct. 25, 1931, conducted by Rev. Fred L. Hudson of the Community Presbyterian Church. Burial was made in the La Plata cemetery.
