Services for Allie Z. Conner, 80, were held Thursday Oct 6 at the Ora Pentecostal Church with burial in Fielder Cemetery.
Mrs Conner of Grand Prairie, was born June 12, 1908 and died Tuesday morning at her residence. She had lived most of her life in the Huntington area and had been a resident of Grand Prairie for the past 20 years. Mrs Conner was a homemaker and a Pentecostal. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert "Uncle Bob" Conner in 1966.
Survivors include three daughters; two brothers; Andrew Havard and Lynwood Havard, both of Lufkin; two sisters including Mrs Mazzie Day of Huntington; and a number of stepchildren, nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
