THE PARIS NEWS, 27 Jan 1967. 'Mrs. Cora Lee (Hood) Ball, 96, of 1021 Graham St., widow of Dr. J.G. Ball, died Friday at 5:35 a.m. at Lamar Medical Center, where she had been a patient since Jan 7. She was born 12 Apr 1870, near Meridian, Miss. Her husband died in 1936, her most immediate survivors being three grandsons: G.A. Yearington, Dallas; Richard E. Yearington, Martinez, Calif., and Lee Dell Yearington, Topeka, Kan. Services Saturday at 2 p.m., will be conducted at Leverett & Steele Funeral Home here, and burial made in the cemetery at Minter.' *Buried next to Brucie Hood.
